Agreement to these terms
By downloading, installing, or using Voodoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Voodoo.
The service
Voodoo is software provided by Eric Hahn. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Voodoo is provided free of charge except where stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Voodoo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Voodoo, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense Voodoo without our written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- Use Voodoo to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Your content
Voodoo works with your own files and data. You keep all rights to them; we claim no ownership. You are responsible for the content you use Voodoo with and for having the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
Voodoo, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Eric Hahn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voodoo; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Third-party services
Voodoo may connect to third-party services (such as Google) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
Voodoo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Voodoo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Hahn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Voodoo.
Privacy
Your use of Voodoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of Voodoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
